With more than 1,150 miles of meandering shoreline, Lake of the Ozarks - situated halfway between Jefferson City and Springfield - is the largest lake in Missouri. Statewide, there are over 55,000 miles of waterways.

The lake is surrounded by expansive forests and rolling hills, which are enhanced by dramatic bluffs. It is home to the Great Blue Heron, many species of waterfowl, and animals from White Tail Deer to chipmunks. Covering 54,000 acres, Lake of the Ozarks offers a scenic panorama, along with a range of leisure and water activities that will excite and enchant any visitor.

On any given day the lake is alive with yachts, speedboats, sailboats and fishing crafts. Water activities are abundant, including swimming, skiing, jet-skiing, wave-running and parasailing; and anglers are always challenged by huge largemouth bass, white bass, crappie, stripers and catfish. If you don't have your own, recreational equipment and boats of all sizes are always available to rent.

Our lake cuisine consists of a wide variety of excellent restaurants, accessed either by boat or car. Picturesque Factory Outlet Village has over 110 top name manufacturers' stores with quality and value in apparel, housewares and personal items. There are always plenty of new places to explore in the scenic waterfront towns of Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Gravois Mills and Sunrise Beach.

Lake of the Ozarks has fast become the Midwest's premier golf destination. Since the lake has some of the most beautiful scenery to be found anywhere in the nation, it naturally follows that the designs of many of the championship holes - with their rolling terrain and elevation changes - have been literally carved out of the virgin forests, adding a dramatic flair to most all of the 14 Lake Area courses. These variables create challenges for any player - from duffer to pro.

Our Lake is unique in that waterfront properties are actually owned to the water...just walk off your deck onto your private dock. We have residential property consisting of single family homes, condominiums and townhomes in various price levels, from basic vacation getaways to million dollar estates.
